Okaukuejo, located just 17km from the southern Anderson Gate entrance of Etosha National Park, was the first tourist camp to open in this iconic reserve. It is famous for its flood-lit waterhole where visitors can observe at close quarters a remarkable spectacle of wildlife — elephants, lions, rhinos, and more — congregating and interacting at all hours of day and night. A truly unforgettable experience that makes Okaukuejo unlike anywhere else in Africa.
